Walk to Learn:
The “Walk to Learn” protocol, a cornerstone of our instructional approach from Kindergarten through Grade 8 in mathematics and language arts, strategically groups students by ability based on comprehensive diagnostic data and dynamic progress assessments.
This cross-grade-level structure allows us to precisely address individual learning trajectories. Recognizing the continuous nature of student growth, transitions between groups are intentionally fluid, ensuring consistent engagement and appropriately challenging learning experiences.
This protocol effectively supports the provision of targeted intervention and enrichment, optimizing instructional delivery and ensuring all students are met at their point of need, thereby avoiding the complexities of managing diverse learning levels within traditional grade-level classrooms.
